This was Mecklenburg Restoration’s first sizeable multi-living contract. The project was a challenge from the start – there was no onsite parking or storage of materials. We worked closely with the General Contractor to coordinate all scopes of work, which included sheet waterproofing, dampproofing, traffic coating, hot-fluid applied waterproofing, joint sealants, sheet metal flashings, and expansion joints.
